Hello, and a very warm welcome to Megan Evans Pet Services! Based in Burnham on Crouch and covering the whole of Essex, I provide trusted pet and equine sitting services designed to give you complete peace of mind. Whether you’re away for the day, on holiday, or simply need an extra helping hand, I’m here to ensure your beloved animals are cared for with the same love and dedication that you give them.
From working dogs and gun dogs to horses and family pets, my service is tailored to each animal’s unique needs. With me, you can rest assured that your four-legged friends are in safe, capable, and caring hands.
Animals have been at the heart of my life for as long as I can remember. With over 30 years of experience, I hold qualifications in horse racing stable management and staff management, and I’ve worked extensively with horses throughout my career. My expertise in working dogs and gun dogs also means I understand the energy, training, and special attention they require.
I founded Megan Evans Pet Services in 2020, driven by a lifelong passion for working with animals and the desire to create a fulfilling career despite the challenges of living with a chronic illness. What began as a service focused solely on horses has since expanded to include a wide variety of animals - each one cared for with compassion, patience, and respect.
Going solo has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My business has gone from strength to strength, and I haven’t looked back. Today, I’m proud to combine my knowledge, qualifications, and personal dedication to offer reliable, loving care for pets and horses across Essex.
